The process is short: meet the technical requirements, order a port, and bring up your sessions against our route servers.

Optics, untagged Ethernet, MTU 9000 and the protocols filtered on the fabric.

Onboarding starts on the Pricing page, not by email. Pick a port, submit the order form and we take it from there.

Choose a port
Open the Pricing page and compare the 10G, 40G and 100G ports, including the current launch promotion.

Order a port
Click “Request this port” to open the Order a port form and submit your company, technical contact, ASN, port speed and location. No email needed — the request lands directly in our system.

Verification
We review the request, verify ASN ownership and the address space you intend to announce, then confirm back to your technical contact.

Cross connect & assignment
You order the MMR cross connect in the facility while we assign your peering LAN address, port and VLAN configuration.

Sessions up
You configure BGP towards the route servers (AS212001), sessions come up and traffic starts flowing.
